Aspire Technology are a reseller of Witness Systems
software focused on specific market segments. Over a period of two
years the relationship between Witness and Aspire has grown from
zero to the point where Aspire are one of Witness’ most successful
resellers within EMEA.
Through her efforts Selene has been a major contributor
to this success.
At the outset of the relationship, Aspire agreed
to focus on specific market segments to address some existing customers
and to win new business. Selene was a major contributor to the joint
business plan and was responsible for the delivery of several major
marketing activities within the plan. These included:
- Analysis and segmentation of the addressable market
- Devising marketing campaigns to the identified market
- Devising and managing telemarketing campaigns
- Validating identified leads and passing these to the relevant
sales resource
- Tracking of leads throughout the sales process and using feedback
from this process to adapt the marketing and telemarketing campaigns
- Supporting partner organisations and providing expertise and
advice when needed.
As a partner I found Selene’s approach very
refreshing. She was clearly dedicated to making her programs a success
for both Witness and their partner organisations. She readily assumed
responsibility for ensuring that Aspire’s campaigns were managed
to the same high standard and driven to achieve the same levels
of success as the vendors’. Her advice was regularly sought
readily given.
In my experience of having worked as a reseller
for numerous vendors, the marketing campaigns developed with Witness
and Selene have been the best planned and managed.
In her role, Selene added a lot of value to Aspire by developing
a well qualified sales pipeline.
